KEY OBJECTIVES:

IT Systems and Web Support : System requirements, resolve system issues, Business website management.

- Determine system requirements to resolve the issues.
- Provide solution on both software and hardware and install new applications on user's requirement.
- Responsible for efficient use of applications and equipment.
- Implementation of office networks, onsite Computer/ Laptops/ Printers/ Modem set up.
- Maintain business websites, 1 year experience required in support of E-Commerce Websites.

Customer Support: Support the customer support process to ensure delivery meets the customer support needs.

- Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems.
- Effective communication and support, working with the agreed timeframe.

Change Control Process: Ensure changes meet customer requirements and that fault resolution is focused to maximise systems availability. Effective delivery of change.

- Change control managed to agreed processes.
- Understanding of business priorities as communicated by senior management.

Test Planning, Analysis & Management: Determining the people, processes and information required for testing, fixing the application errors, application management.

- Analyse processes impacted by a project or activity that require testing.
- Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting problems.
- Keep the reporting manager informed of issues and their resolutions

2.TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Tertiary Qualification - Where the major subject area has an Information Technology

IT business and Test Analysis Experience- Required, Minimum 1 Year, High skills to fix the IT Gadgets like Laptops, Smartphones (iPhones), Tablets etc. Website Design/Development skills - PHP Preffered

Logical and analytical thinker with an eye for detail - Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience essential.

Technology skills and experience in a variety of different environments- Must have strong programming skills and show an ability to learn 'new' program languages as required.

High standard of interpersonal and communication skills- A listener with accurate and concise, documentation skills. Able to work independently with business users and as part of a team.
